Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd (SECL) is currently performing 7 prestigious in Saudi Arabia, including the plant business in Al-Jubail Industry City. Samsung Naffora Techno Valley Project will serve as the global networking link among the head office and its overseas branches. Samsung ‘Naffora’ Techno Valley (SNTV) Project will serve as the global networking link among the head office and its overseas branches. The objectives behind setting up Samsung “Naffora” Techno Valley are to upgrade the regional safety standards, training and education for transfer of high technology and global project managerial skills.

Samsung Naffora Techno Valley site is located in Jubail industry city No 1 Block. It is about 60.000.000 sqm. The completion of Naffora project will elevate the status of Samsung Engineering and Samsung Naffora Techno Valley with its new landmark project.

With a 22 months of dedicated construction duration plan this project will be executed at an area of 50,325 m2 with building coverage of 19,546.38 m2 at 38.82 % Building Coverage Ratio (BCR). Having total area of 34,759.89 m2 with 69.07% floor area will be structured in Reinforced Concrete Structure. The valley will have research and development, training, education, safety, engineering, convention, well-being, sports, dormitory, guest houses, site security centers.

Samsung Naffora Techno Valley will perform as a multi-use complex with various facilities including industrial technology, research and welfare. The service area will be share with the local community. Al Jubail and Samsung will form a social synergy partnership with the local community and the Project will interactive framework for the society.
