Kaust Community School (Boys & Girls) - Thuwal

This is a Sub-Contract from Saudi Binladin Group. The project includes civil works for Community Schools (Boys & Girls), and Guard Houses, for King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Rabigh (total built area 7,686m² for each School).

Started on 12th March, 2008, at an initial value of SR.71.978 million, the project is currently progressing, with an estimated handing over date of 12th February, 2009.
